Here is a stat editor for the Smackdown VS Raw game (2005).

How to use:
- Extract ALL_.pac in M.PAC
- Open it with my tool and edit
- Inject ALL_.pac to M.PAC
- Rebuild ISO
- Dump any save you have

2011

Checkout Here for the latest version of stat editor.

Tutorial : 

- Encrypt the save file first. Click here for the tutorial.
- Now open stat editor and set the save system to psp.

- Now open secure.bin of your encrypted save file. Then click on stat editor bar

- Start editing the superstars attributes. After editing each superstars, click on set stat button to save the stat.

- After you have done the edit, simply go to file bar or press ctrl+s to save the file.

2008

Usage:
- Run the tool
- Extract DAT_.pac from misc.pac
- Open DAT_.pac with 2008 Stat Editor
* Press Set Stat to temporarily save your stat update of a given wrestler
* Press Default to revert to original setting
* Press CTRL-S to save
* If you have a savefile,the game won't read the stat from the file which means you have to delete your save game
